HAMPTON BY HILTON HAMBURG CITY CENTRE, Hamburg – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is located in Hamburg City Centre, offering clean and new rooms with a big and comfortable bed. Despite not having a refrigerator, the rooms come equipped with a lockbox. The downside is that the room may be too small for a family.

The hotel room was tiny and cramped, with barely any space to move around, especially with a stroller and suitcase. Despite being soundproof, the street noise made it difficult to sleep with the window open. Service was lacking in Hilton standards, but the staff, though not very helpful initially, tried to make up for it later. The location was functional, close to the station, but lacked attractiveness. The dining experience was of decent quality but limited in variety for vegetarians.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with a fantastic bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist and make guests feel comfortable. The location was convenient, although slightly removed from the city center. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, although a bit repetitive over multiple days.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless clean and had everything we needed, with a super comfortable bed, a TV, and a modern bathroom. It was spacious enough for three people. The service was top-notch, the staff was so nice and willing to serve us, and the location was quite handy. However, the dining experience was a bit limited, and the location felt a bit unsafe after office hours.
